Our business was hatched in 2009 when a friend started a business and had no idea how to keep track of his money. It was a quarter-time business with big dreams!
While continuing on in the corporate world, David Pittiglio took project accounting to the next level. Here, he managed multi-million dollar project budgets and helped Project Managers understand scopes of work and the costs associated with them.
It was early 2010 when David was introduced to the REO World! Beginning with the end in mind, David created specific reports to manage every penny associated with properties managed by Real Estate Teams. These reports created a streamlined process to ensure that money was not lost by agents when managing REO Properties.
The quarter-time business became an opportunity for David to fire his corporate boss and make those big dreams come true. As the business grew, David created reports that helped his clients better manage their operating financials while tying in the REO world.
One client after another, state by state, Streamlined Business Solutions continues to streamline processes that help leverage time for their clients. Today we work with over 800 Clients in multiple industries and employ over 35 talented full-time professionals that help make a difference every day.
pRESIDENT & fOUNDER
With an extensive background in Accounting, David continues to have a keen sense for numbers and how they make small business work. From Banking to Restaurant Management, then on to Corporate Accounting for two Global Architect Firms and eventually traveling to support Accounting staff across the country, David always knew numbers were his game. He currently resides in Chandler, AZ with his wife, Christi, and two daughters. His personal passions are spending time with his girls, building a legacy, love of riding his Harley, traveling, playing poker and golf!
Born and raised in Michigan, Christi moved to Arizona in 2004. Proud to work alongside her husband David, Christi enters the accounting world after 12 years in the Real Estate Industry. Her background as an Operations Manager has given her a firm foundation to help implement new systems, train team members and help grow the company. As Streamlined Business Solutions CEO, she brings excellent communication and organizational skills with an unparalleled work ethic and an ability to make things happen.
Outside of work, Christi enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughters, friends & family.
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Jennie joined SBS in 2015 with over 15 years of bookkeeping, accounting and project management experience. She currently provides a full range of accounting services. Jennie enjoys the challenge of identifying and solving problems. Additionally, she is skilled at listening to the needs of our clients to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Jennie and her husband, Chip, reside in Gilbert with their 4 boys: Hunter, Hayden, Holden & Heath. In her free time Jennie has a passion for all things culinary, travel and her grandchildren!
Christen joined the Streamlined team in 2015 and quickly became an asset to our team!
While Christen has always been a whiz with numbers, her accounting knowledge began with previous positions as a medical billing specialist, staff accountant for a local contractor, and a full charge bookkeeper for a landscape design firm.
Since becoming part of the SBS team, she has held multiple positions in our Onboarding and Monthly Maintenance Departments, as well as on our Payroll and Sales Tax Teams.
Christen is an Arizona transplant currently living in north east Texas. Christen enjoys spending the weekends with her husband, son, and two dogs. Her hobbies include knitting, photography, and gardening.
Originally from Ohio, Tana Sheets escaped the winters and moved to AZ in 2004. Coming from the midwest with a very professional, strong work ethic, it is no surprise Tana enjoys working with people! She will consult with you during all steps of the process to make sure she is exceeding your expectations at all times. Her clients know she works diligently to earn and keep your business and referrals.
When she is not serving her clients she enjoys spending time with her husband, mentoring her two beautiful daughters to become humble, independent young ladies and having fun with friends!
Kendra was born and raised in Michigan. With over 15 years of accounting and payroll experience, Kendra joined SBS in 2019. She originally received her BS Degree in Elementary Education from Oakland University in Rochester, MI, but her expertise is working with payroll and accounting. In 2020, Kendra took over the payroll department. Kendra is always willing to help her clients in any way she can. She is extremely detail oriented and never stops learning.
Kendra still resides in Michigan with her husband Bobby, her two children Samantha and Lucas and their dog Duke. Kendra enjoys traveling to Samantha's dance competitions and Lucas's lacrosse games. She loves spending time with her family and friends, camping and riding side by sides. Kendra enjoys cooking and baking and she visits Arizona when she can.
Nichole joined SBS in 2019, with a unique connection to Real Estate Accounting and Finance. Her career began in Multi-Family/Single Family Property Management, and then as a licensed Realtor, and finally a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. Because of this background, Nichole truly understands the business from her client's perspective, each step of the way. Her knowledge has made her a great fit as a Lead on our team. Nichole is always happy to train and pass on her knowledge to the SBS Team!
An Arizona native, Nichole lives in Chandler with her two daughters, and is committed to instilling in them the importance of women in business, and her math skills! A self-described foodie, she is always looking for new restaurants and foods to try, and cooking at home. She is a major fan of documentaries, and true crime or comedy podcasts!
Hayden grew up in California and moved to Arizona in 2012. Since joining SBS in 2016, they have quickly become an asset to the team, taking on multiple positions at all levels of bookkeeping. Originally starting off in our Data Entry department, Hayden's drive to take on new challenges saw them rise to a Team Lead position shortly after graduating from ASU in 2020. Hayden now supports their team in deepening their understanding of all things accounting.
In their spare time, Hayden enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, and painting. They're also a major fan of tabletop and social games, and introducing others to their hobbies!
Brittney joined SBS in 2020 while she was going to school for her bachelor’s degree in business administration at Northwood University. She took many accounting classes and realized bookkeeping was what she was passionate about. Brittney started in the Data Entry department, but within a year transitioned into a Junior Bookkeeper, then a Bookkeeper. She now helps the Data Entry department as a Project Accountant and is always willing to be there for her team to help them succeed. She has always wanted to learn more within the industry and expand her knowledge for her clients.
Brittney and her fiancé, Dylan, reside in the middle of Michigan. In her free time, she likes to camp in the summer, spend time with her friends and family, and travel. Preferably somewhere on a beach! One day, Brittney hopes to own a lake house in Northern Michigan.
Lisa joined the Streamlined team in 2019. With over 10 years of accounting experience working as a full charge bookkeeper for a steal manufacturer, she learned every facet of
bookkeeping and office management. Lisa has expanded her knowledge of other industries while working with the SBS team, including real estate, brokerages, rental investments, home inspections, and marketing firms. Lisa now supports her team of bookkeepers in problem solving and expanding their knowledge in accounting.
Originally from Santa Cruz California, Lisa moved to Gilbert Arizona with her husband and daughter in 2017. They enjoy spending time outside hiking, kayaking and swimming
in the beautiful Arizona weather.
Enzo joined the SBS family in 2018. He has become an invaluable member of the team in a short period of time.
Enzo brings nearly four years of accruing assets (mostly dog toys), expense allocation (burying bones in the yard), accounting (sheep while he naps), and ensuring his business is always cash (kibble) positive. No dog in the accounting industry can match his business acumen.
When not muzzle deep in accounting, Enzo can be found enjoying belly rubs with his family and sunning himself poolside.
